Self Help-Qigong, Tai Chi, & Stretching

Obviously, the more movement you can add to your day, the healthier you will feel. If you are recovering from an illness or have limited mobility, you can still exercise. Just find a gentle form that works for your body.

Simply stretching first thing in the morning can make a huge impact on how your body feels the rest of the day.

Tai Chi and Qigong are gentle forms of exercise that promote overall health, relax the body and mind, improve balance, and enhance the immune system.

Any time you are exercising, if something hurts or is uncomfortable,

back out of the pose and modify for your needs.
